Failure Analysis, an engineering services and technology licensing company, with an office located in the Creek Bridge business complex, centrally located in north-east Salinas. Failure Analysis is located at 12 Glen Falls Circle, in the Creek Bridge business complex, Salinas, California 93906, just off highway 101, 70 miles south of NASA Ames Research Center in Mountain View, California.

Dr. Losik is an award winning subsystem, spacecraft and launch vehicle designer and has led the design, development, manufacture and test of satellite and launch vehicle programs for NASA, military, government and commercial launch vehicles, satellite and satellite ground stations and mission control centers.
Dr. Losik led the engineering effort responsible for the DOD funding of the Air Force Global Positing System, the largest military and civil satellite program in the history of the space program.
Mr. Losik has designed prognostic systems used in high reliability, high performance telecommunications industry front office PSTN computer servers featuring automated failure prediction, detection and recovery to maintain availability above 99.999%.
